Prototype terms for call reconciliation, reporting, exports, and transcript-assisted QA workflows.
Prototype status
CallProof is currently a prototype. It is provided for product development, workflow validation, and internal testing. It should not be treated as production legal, financial, or compliance infrastructure until hardened and reviewed.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for validating imported call data, buyer statuses, billable records, manual overrides, exports, and payout decisions before relying on them operationally.
Sensitive data
Call recordings, transcripts, phone numbers, and lead-status data can be sensitive. Access should be limited to authorized users, and production deployments should use appropriate encryption, audit logs, retention policies, and role-based access controls.
No warranty
This prototype is provided as-is while the product is being designed and validated. No warranty is made about accuracy, uptime, suitability, or completeness.
